About the Dentsu School Of Influence

Applications Now Open

Dentsu Ghana invites emerging creators to apply for the Dentsu School of Influence, a creator development programme designed to help Ghana's next generation of influencers turn creativity into sustainable careers.

At the heart of the programme is One Big Week, an immersive, in-person learning experience taking place in Accra from September 21st to 25th September 2026. Selected creators will step into a real agency environment, work on practical briefs, receive mentorship from industry experts and develop the creative, strategic and commercial skills needed to build lasting careers in the creator economy.

The programme culminates into a Pitch Day on 2nd October 2026, where participants will present themselves to dentsu clients and leading brands.

Originally launched by dentsu South Africa in 2023, the Dentsu School of Influence has expanded across multiple markets, including Kenya, and now arrives in Ghana for its very first cohort.

This is not about chasing short-term virality. It's about building the skills, confidence and industry knowledge to turn influence into opportunity.

Application Criteria

Applicants should:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Be a resident of Ghana

  • Have between 1 500 and 10 000 followers across TikTok, Instagram or YouTube

  • Be available to fully participate in One Big Week, an in-person programme taking place in Accra from  September 21st to 25th September 2026. Training and workshops will take place during standard working hours, with some after-hours activities required.

  • Have their own smartphone or other suitable device on which to create content.

  1. Make a fun 60-second video explaining why DSOI should choose you. 
    Applications without a video will be considered incomplete.

  2. Post the video on your social media channels and tag us using #ApplyDSOIGH.
