Draw the Line Against Malaria
A youth‑driven movement created with Malaria No More UK and the RBM Partnership. Using the award-winning Muundo design system, the campaign mobilised young Africans, unlocked $2M in pro bono media, reached 441M+ people, and helped secure a $4.1B global commitment to malaria elimination.
HEART HEALTH FOR ZAMBIA
In partnership with the National Heart Hospital, this nationwide initiative drives public awareness, early detection, and healthier behaviours. Using dentsu Zambia’s communication expertise and clinical insights, the campaign aims to reduce preventable cardiovascular deaths and support stronger, healthier communities.
Talent Incubator: dentsu Zambia
x University of Lusaka
A collaborative programme bridging academic learning with the realities of agency life. Students receive mentorship, tackle real client briefs, and build portfolio‑ready work, preparing them to confidently enter the marketing and media industry.
Dentsu Internship Programme
We offer paid internships in South Africa, providing early-career talent with practical experience in media, strategy, and creativity to fuel Africa’s digital economy.
Dentsu School of Influence
A creator accelerator empowering young influencers in South Africa and Kenya.
In Kenya, 60 graduates secured 40+ brand partnerships with leading brands including Diageo and L’Oréal. The programme continues to expand across the continent.
Billboard Buddy
An innovative initiative converting used billboard vinyl into marine animal rescue stretchers. Currently used by the Two Oceans Aquarium, with plans to extend into emergency and disaster‑relief applications across Africa.
Backpacks from Billboards: dentsu Zambia x PRIMEDIA
Upcycling used billboard vinyl into durable schoolbags made by local women in Lusaka. Bags were donated to the Home of Love orphanage — supporting education, women-led employment, and waste reduction.
One Day for Change
Our annual volunteer movement unites dentsu teams across Africa. Activities include:
