About the Dentsu School Of Influence

Applications Now Open

In partnership with CSA, dentsu South Africa invites emerging creators to apply for the Dentsu School of Influence (a Youth Month) programme designed to help young talent turn creativity into sustainable careers.

At the heart of the programme is One Big Week, an immersive accelerator taking place in Johannesburg during Youth Month 2026. Selected creators will step into a real creative environment, working on live briefs, receiving mentorship, and gaining practical commercial skills to help build long-term creative businesses.

This is not about chasing short-term visibility. It’s about developing the thinking, structure and confidence needed to grow influence into opportunity.

Application Criteria

Applicants should:

Be a South African citizen
Be over the age of 21
Have between 1 500 and 10 000 followers on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
Be available to fully participate in One Big Week, an in‑person programme taking place in Johannesburg (Sandton) from 8 to 13 June 2026. Training and workshops will occur during standard working hours, with some after‑hours involvement required.
Have their own smartphone or other suitable device on which to create content
