Ruschda brings over a decade of high-level finance experience in media and marketing. Priot to her appointment in July 2023, she served as CFO of dentsu South Africa and held leadership roles at Dentsu Creative (formerly John Brown South Africa) and Media24. A Chartered Accountant, she graduated from the University of Cape Town, completed her Honours at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, and qualified through PwC.

Ruschda plays a central role in shaping dentsu Africa's financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, efficient reporting, and stramlined operations. Known for her sharp financial acumen and passion for people development, she balances numbers with mentorship always striving to unlock potential across the business.
