Rising from graduate to Group Media Director in two years, Samuel Rubanga has led dentsu Uganda to top-agency status with consistent profitability over 16 years. With campaigns spanning finance, utilities, F&B, telecoms and more, Samuel is also a rugby champion and community advocate through Kampala Old Boys RFC. He believes young Africans can gain life skills and livelihoods through sport and he lives that ethos on and off the field.
